Warranty Period 

Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer documentation, allow 12 months parts and labour from date of commissioning. 

All equipment service requests are handled directly by the manufacturers.

Coverage 

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. 

Exclusions 

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, abnormal operating conditions, unauthorised repairs, maintenance neglect or mis-use. 

Service Requirements 

Equipment must be maintained in accordance with manufacturer’s instruction manual which are provided at handover.

For equipment defects or faults within the warranty period, you must contact the manufacturer directly.

Stainless Steel Information  

  1. Cater Build Stainless is manufactured and supplied from new Stainless Steel material, 1.2 mm thickness of tops and under-shelves are made from Stainless Steel and manufactured according to Australian and International Standards.  

  2. It is guaranteed that the stainless steel material provided is 316 grade stainless steel (or 304 grade if specified).  

  3. All benches have been tested to provide stable operational work platforms. All load bearing information has been tested and signed off and this is available on request.  

  4. Cater Build Stainless carries a 12 months Warranty.  

  5. Warranty applies when:

  6. Warranty does not cover:

    • You are the original end-user purchaser with proof of your purchase  

    • The product failed due to our workmanship or any defect in the materials

  7. Warranty does not cover:

    • Fair wear and tear  

    • Accidental damage, misuse, improper care, alterations or acts of nature  

    • Any consequential, indirect or incidental losses  

    • Improper installation (by contractors beyond the control of Cater Repair Group) or storage 

    • Material defects as a result of operation in a corrosive environment 

    • Damage caused by chlorine or other corrosive substances & acids that are used on the product 

    • Corrosion or rust as a result of using any substance containing Chlorine  

    • Freight or any delivery charges to the site that requires the replacement  

    • Any installation of new or removal and decommissioning of warrantable item
